ARTS 325 - Designing Business

This course aims to equip students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to design and launch a successful business. Drawing inspiration from the innovative methodologies of IDEO (a global design and innovation company that specializes in creating products, services, and experiences that solve complex problems), students will incorporate essential graphic design principles and processes and apply design thinking principles in the context of entrepreneurship. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and projects, students will learn how to apply design thinking methodologies alongside graphic design techniques to create compelling and effective business materials.
