Composed of percussion students at The Crane School of Music, the Crane Percussion Ensemble specializes in the united performance of percussion instruments. The ensemble performs, in concert, music composed and written for percussion ensemble. The ensemble is a setting for learning literature representative of functional, aesthetic, and extremist styles of composition, as well as new music composed by today’s contemporary composers.
