@MUCP 343 - Art of Accompanying Seminar

The student will have the opportunity to begin to develop collaborative skills essential for successful musical partnerships at the keyboard, including sight reading, sense of ensemble, process of rehearsing with vocalists and instrumentalists, communication on stage, and work on different styles of music. Coaching, short presentation of the piece, listening, and discussing the recordings is involved. Final recital performance requires 10 minutes of music. Fall and Spring.
