BIOL 125 - Biological Concepts

Gen Ed: SB & LB credit.
Two hours lecture and one two-hour lab weekly. Biological Concepts is designed for students who are not science majors and plan to enter the teaching profession. There is an accompanying laboratory, which is required. The course is designed to provide students an in depth understanding of the major themes and concepts of biology including cell structure and function, genetics, evolution, biodiversity and ecology. Childhood/Early Childhood Education majors only. Fall and Spring.
