DANC 212 - Pilates-Based Conditioning 3 Credit(s)
Gen Ed: PE credit. The purpose of this course is to increase body awareness, balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and coordination through the method and theories of Joseph Pilates. Focus is on Pilates-based mat and pre-mat exercises, and anatomical principles and their application to the exercises. Class attendance required. As warranted.
