This is a required internship experience in school district leadership for candidates in the educational leadership certificate program. Candidates will complete a minimum of 150 required internship hours over the course of a full semester. Selected experiences will apply knowledge and skill of school district leader candidates in areas of mission, vision, and improvement; ethics and professional norms; equity, inclusiveness, and cultural responsiveness; learning and instruction; community and external leadership; operations and management; and building professional capacity.
