Study of principles and procedures underlying educational law, ethics, and professional norms in the United States with emphasis upon New York State law. Areas of focus will include analysis and application of educational law surrounding critical current issues, operations, management, policy and procedures to create a safe learning environment that is supportive to all stakeholders. Summer
