@GRED 559 - Literacy II: Methods-Childhood

This course is designed for elementary preservice teachers preparing to teach classroom literacy programs for children in grades 1-6. Students will apply understanding of literacy components, delivery models, and assessment terminology and processes through lesson and unit planning. Using quality children’s literature, pre-service teachers will design literacy instruction for the classroom setting that integrates practices to address literacy learning for all students and incorporates technology. Fall and Spring.
