One-credit activity course designed to provide students with the fundamental skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to excel in the sport of Ultimate Frisbee. Through active participation and guided instruction, students will develop their Ultimate Frisbee skills while gaining an understanding of the benefits of exercise, lifelong physical fitness, and the enduring enjoyment of this dynamic team sport. This class counts towards the PE/HW graduation requirement.
