One-credit activity course designed to help students develop essential physical skills and knowledge to lead a productive and active lifestyle. Through engaging ice-skating activities and instruction, students will not only acquire the fundamental skills necessary for safe and proficient ice skating but also gain valuable insights into the benefits of exercise, lifelong physical fitness, stress management, and adopting a lifestyle approach to physical activity. This class counts towards the PE/HW graduation requirement.
