CIS 356 - Assembly Language and Computer Architecture 4 Credit(s)
Principles of digital logic, sequential and combinatorial logic circuits, the von Neumann architecture, and microprocessor design. Introduction to binary and hexadecimal number systems, integer representation in binary, assembly and machine language, and subprogram call and return implementation.
Prerequisite(s): CIS 205 with a 2.0 and CIS 300 with a 2.0.
