MUAP 681 - Clarinet Quartets

The study and performance of repertoire for clarinet quartet. This course will include weekly coaching sessions throughout the semester discussing and implementing elements of chamber music playing through an ensemble experience. Proper attention to intonation, blending, phrase shaping and performance etiquette will be addressed. Ensembles are expected to rehearse a minimum of one time between coachings. Ensembles will perform at least once during the semester of the course.
