Educational Research, Assessment and Evaluation (3) This course is designed to increase educators’ awareness and practice with educational research and the major methods and techniques of assessment used to measure and improve elementary, middle and secondary student achievement of learning outcomes. Areas of focus will include: using research to inform instructor; assessing and tracking growth and reporting academic achievement for all types of learners; use of technology; and the interpretation of standardized test information.
