DANC 115 - Musical Theatre Dance 2 Credit(s)
This movement-based course examines historical genres like vaudeville, The Charleston, lubes, lindy hop, and swing, as well as works by choreographers like Agnes DeMille, Jerome Robbins, Bob Fosse, and other important choreographers to the field of musical theatre dance forms. This open-level class will give students an opportunity to learn, understand, practice and develop technical skills in movement styles, terminology, neuromuscular coordination, and kinesthetic sense.
