This is a required internship experience in school building leadership for candidates in the educational leadership certificate program. Candidates will complete a minimum of 150 required internship hours over the course of a full semester. Selected experience will apply knowledge and skills of school building leader candidates in areas of mission, vision, and continuous academic improvement; ethics and professional norms; equity, inclusiveness and cultural competence, inclusiveness, and overall wellbeing; community and external leadership; operations and management; and building professional capacity.
