This practicum is designed to have students focus on making systematic observations that help to study and analyze the teaching-learning environment in a systematic and objective fashion. With systematic classroom observation, each student is required to produce an acceptable paper which describes and explains the STANDARD SKILLS FOR ALL TEACHERS perceived in the classroom which are divided into five areas such as: Classroom Environment, Preparation for Instruction, Interaction with Students, Management of the Learning Environment, and Professionalism.
