This course is designed to guide teacher education students to develop a broad competency in teaching science to childhood/early childhood school children. Emphasis will be on the importance of science education as foundation for childhood/early childhood as students examine science content and teaching methods. This course requires observation/participation in the childhood/early childhood classroom.
